Social gaming company Zynga had a real success with their Facebook games in the past years. Besides famous titles such as FarmVille, CityVille, CastleVille, FishVille and other non-Ville ones, Zynga also has a few casino titles.
We're talking about Zynga Bingo, Zynga Poker (and Live Poker), Zynga Slingo and, of course, Zynga Slots. These are all pretty popular social games that turn Facebook into a sort of online version of Las Vegas.
Now I'm a Texas Hold'Em Poker fan and player myself, but thanks to the magic viral environment of the social media platform we all know as Facebook, I was pretty drawn to bingo as well. Now I don't know about you, but where I live, bingo is mostly and usually played by old people. Yet I ended up playing it as well. Not for too long - thankfully I learned how to suppress my addiction to social games before it becomes too bad. :)
The success of Zynga just makes me wonder - what will become of websites such as Facebook (and now that Google+ also supports games, that too)? Where will we end up with all this gaming and gambling?
